| Cornelis "CW" Wilson Broker International Real Estate, Hotel & Business Brokerage Cornelis, known by everyone as "CW", initiated his studies at the private boarding school "Leevliet" in the Netherlands, and thereafter he attended the world-renowned college at "La Salle" in Valencia, Spain. He graduated from the Hotel Management School in Madrid and then continued his university level education studies of Tourism. Additional studies, in Europe and the United States, included International Real Estate, Business Brokerage, Commercial Design and Business Economics. Besides English, "CW" is fluent in Dutch and Spanish. He started to work for many different European Hotel Companies which has provided him with an extensive, "hands on," knowledge of all aspects of a hotel operations. In the early eighties "CW" joined the management team of the leading hotel chain in the United States. He contributed to the opening of several new properties as well as implementing new operating standards. After several years, he continued his career independently as a business and hospitality consultant. His extensive knowledge of real estate, business brokerage and hotel management together with his international experience, afforded him the opportunity to pursue projects in the United States, Europe and South America. Over the years, "CW" has developed exceptional sales, marketing and negotiation skills. "CW" travels extensively between Europe and the United States of America and together with associated professionals provides his clients with international real estate and business brokerage services. "CW" is licensed by the Department of Real Estate, and a member of the NAR, headquartered in Washington DC, a bilateral partner of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) in the United Kingdom, the European Council of Real Estate Professionals in Brussels (CEPI), and the International Consortium of Real Estate (ICREA). Those who are members subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics.  Antonio Signes Signes Economist Antonio attended the World-renowned College at "La Salle" in Valencia, Spain. He then continued his studies at the University of Valencia from which he successfully graduated. Antonio owns and operates two offices in Spain where he and his staff provide services such as; Tax Planning, Auditing, Business Valuations, Corporate Accounting & Administration. His experience and knowledge has made him well respected and because of his excellent reputation he is often consulted about more complex matters. |
Lucien P.R. Pillai Broker International Real Estate, Hotel & Business Brokerage Lucien, originally from Singapore, immigrated to Europe in the early 80's where he started his career in the hospitality industry and developed his skills of today. Eventually his life's journey brought him to the United States, where he continued in the hospitality industry working for world-renowned chains such as Hilton and Westin. As a former hotel manager, he fully understands the need for excellent service and is known for setting high standards. He has also been involved in the computer and software industry where he helped develop and implement property management software, which is in use by major hotel chains around the world.  Bart Verlinden Bart Verlinden, a native of Belgium, established himself in Spain at a young age. Bart has been involved with major real estate development projects. His knowledge and experience of the Spanish business and real estate market gave him the recognition as a dedicated and respected professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. |
| Jackie Pillai specializes in creating and/or restructuring administrative departments for new and existing companies. She offers bookkeeping services and is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers Association. Jackie is based in California but has clients in several states. She has extensive experience in regulatory compliance administration and has worked with worldwide companies and government entities. Previously, Jackie owned a successful marketing company. Jackie has had her education in both Europe and the United States and continues her education every year in order to provide her clients with the best and latest knowledge. |
